- Wood Seasoning: Logs are natural air-dried for 90 days to prevent warping or cracking.
- Hand Tracing: Traditional motif patterns are hand-sketched using natural chalk.
- Intricate Chiseling: Artisans use over 30 specialized hand chisels (Chheni) to carve intricate floral & geometric patterns.
- Natural Wax Polish: Finished with eco-friendly beeswax and walnut oil stain for a warm satin finish.
